Patricia Quirk, CPA

Tricia is a Certified Public Accountant who joined HMV LLC in 2023. Previously she was a partner at the accounting firm, Hawkes & Quirk, LLC for 15 years, which merged with HMV LLC in December 2023. Prior to moving from California, she worked at Amgen, Inc., a Biotech Company as a Senior Manager in their Tax and Accounting departments. Her areas of specialty in tax are federal and state compliance and planning for Estates, Trusts and Individuals as well as Businesses.

Tricia earned a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelors of Science and Commerce with an emphasis in Marketing from Santa Clara University.

In addition to her tax experience, she was an Associate Professor at Maine Maritime in their Business & Logistics Department from 2006 – 2008. She also enjoyed her summers as a steward on the Schooner Bowdoin during her time at the Academy.
