James McFarland,CPA

Jim is a Certified Public Accountant who has worked for the firm for over 45 years.  He is a lifelong resident of Bar Harbor and became a partner at HMV, LLC in 1980.  He performs both tax preparation and attestation engagements. His areas of specialty for tax preparation include federal and state filings for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates and trusts. 

Jim specializes in Bed & Breakfasts, Motels and Restaurants.

Jim graduated with highest honors from Husson College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
